Pick one. Not five. Hand off a single task, live with it for a fortnight, then come back and tick it.
Re-run the numbers honestly. If a task moved from 4 hours to 1 rather than to zero, edit it to 1 instead of ticking it off. A wrong number here is worse than no number.
Save a snapshot each time. The shift chart is the proof, and almost nobody who automates anything ever measures whether it worked.
A number in the teens is normal for an owner. What matters is not the size of it, it is whether it moves.
